i have a question, because the term free updates made me confused, if i buy the game, will i have acces to all the next updates? or will i have to pay for updates?

so, i'm asking myself if im at the end of the actual game? i helped pixie. i have gone on a date with rinny, i known i can't find any gift for her actually. i need to find the bulls for the farm. i have discoverd fawns secret, but can only be her subbe for the moment. and cant do anything else than meet cassie.
is this the max for each quest line?
or have i missed anything else?
